Nudgo is a general-audience mobile app. This Privacy Policy explains how Nudgo collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you use the app.
Information We Collect
- Account information from Sign in with Apple or Google, such as your name, email address, and profile image when the provider shares it.
- Profile and onboarding information you provide in Nudgo.
- Session content, including your messages, AI responses, subtasks, and session history.
- Voice recordings you submit for transcription and the transcript text returned to Nudgo.
- Subscription and purchase status information.
- Limited technical and authentication information needed to operate the app, keep accounts secure, and diagnose technical issues, including crash reports, error logs, device type, operating system version, app version, stack traces, timestamps, and related technical details used to diagnose and fix bugs.
- Limited product analytics information, including app and screen events, onboarding option categories, paywall and session flow events, purchase and restore outcomes, coarse usage buckets, platform, app environment, Supabase user ID, and limited profile status such as onboarding or subscription status. Nudgo does not send task text, chat messages, transcripts, audio recordings, email addresses, or names to PostHog.

- run Nudgo sessions and save session history
- generate AI responses
- transcribe voice input
- manage subscriptions and access
- understand which app flows are used and where users drop off, using limited product analytics
- secure accounts, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations
- detect, troubleshoot, and fix crashes, errors, and reliability issues
